CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-78 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br /> WATERMARK MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 20118 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 approving <br /> Watermark Master Development Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, an amendment has been made to the Master Development Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br /> approves the First Amendment to Master Development Agreement between U.S. Home, LLC <br /> and the City of Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement <br /> on behalf of the City <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August 2023. <br /> (\.t4 161%Cj <br /> Rob of rty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: At. <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
