CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-80 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION PHASE 2 <br /> WHEREAS,the extension of Otter Lake Road, from Main Street to 24th Avenue is identified in <br /> the City's 2040 Comprehensive Plan to provide a continuous arterial transportation route to <br /> CR140/CR 4A and serve commercial and industrial development along the 35E corridor, and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br /> the preparation of plans and specifications for the Otter Lake Road Extension PH 2 improvements <br /> of street, sanitary sewer and water main,regional stormwater conveyance and ponding, and <br /> pedestrian/bicycle improvements, and <br /> WHEREAS, WSB,the City Engineer,has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> 1. That the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Otter Lake Road <br /> Extension Phase 2 improvements are hereby authorized; and <br /> 2.
