CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-82 <br /> APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> LAKE DRIVE TRUNK WATER MAIN PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Geislinger& Sons <br /> in the amount of$315,650.01, on August 14,2023; and <br /> WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br /> services for the Lake Drive Trunk Watermain Improvements Project in the amount of$31,450.00; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to proceed <br /> with the construction oversight and administration, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br /> of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of Lake Drive Trunk Watermain <br /> Improvements Project. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 2023. <br /> Rob ' . ,rty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> /( <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
