SETTING THE AGENDA No additions or changes were made to the agenda. SPECIAL PRESENTATION Public Safety Volunteer Recognition, Matt Nelson Director of Public Safety John Swenson presented an award to Lt. Matt Nelson, a longtime volunteer with the police department. He began his volunteering in 2006 as a reserve officer. Through is years of dedication, he was promoted to lieutenant. He has dedicated over 7000 hours of his time to the community. Lt. Nelson was presented a plaque for his service to the community. Director Swenson He will be greatly missed. 1. CONSENT AGENDA A.
