Matt Nelson, a longtime <br /> volunteer with the police department. He began his volunteering in 2006 as a reserve officer. <br /> Through is years of dedication, he was promoted to lieutenant. He has dedicated over 7000 hours <br /> of his time to the community. <br /> Lt. Nelson was presented a plaque for his service to the community.
