CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION PHASE 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extension of Otter Lake Road, from Main Street to 24th Avenue is identified in <br />the City’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan to provide a continuous arterial transportation route to <br />CR140/CR 4A and serve commercial and industrial development along the 35E corridor, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br />the preparation of plans and specifications for the Otter Lake Road Extension PH 2 improvements <br />of street, sanitary sewer and water main, regional stormwater conveyance and ponding, and <br />pedestrian/bicycle improvements, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> <br />1. That the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Otter Lake Road <br />Extension Phase 2 improvements are hereby authorized; and <br /> <br />2.
