1st Reading: Publication: <br />2nd Reading: Effective: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10 -23 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 904: WEEDS AND GRASS <br />DECLARED TO BE A NUISANCE <br /> <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 904.08 (2) of the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances related to Weeds and <br />Grass is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (2) Natural prairie restoration areas Native grasses indigenous to Minnesota, planted and <br />maintained on any occupied lot or parcel of land, setback a minimum of 20 feet from the <br />front property line as part of a garden or landscape treatment; Managed Natural <br />Landscapes as defined in Minnesota Statutes 412.925(a)(1)-(5). <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
