CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-87 <br />APPROVING MILESTONES ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Milestones Addition with Resolution <br />No. 23-86 on August 28, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between MEP Properties, LLC and the City of <br />Lino Lakes for Milestones Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of August, 2023. <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />Attachment 3: Resolution 23-87
