8/29/2023 <br />11 <br />Digital Mobile Evidence <br />The squad car video and body worn camera (BWC) system are currently the <br />Panasonic Arbitrator includes forward facing camera and a back seat camera. <br />Video footage wirelessly downloads into a video server. The back end video <br />server is integrated with BWC and squad car systems. <br />Video evidence is vitally important in documenting police and community <br />member interactions and plays a crucial role in the prosecution of criminal <br />matters in the Lino Lakes. This system also allows staff to review police <br />responses to continuous improvement and accurately document police and <br />community members interactions. <br />This purchases was proposed to be funded by Public Safety Aide. <br />Fire Equipment for New Tenders <br />The Loose Equipment Request for the 2024 Budget is to provide required loose <br />equipment needed for the delivery of the new Pumper/Tenders that are on <br />order. This equipment is required to classify both these trucks as <br />Pumper/Tenders per ISO (Insurance Services Office) and NFPA (National Fire <br />Protection Association).
