CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-85 <br />PROHIBITING PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF LAKE DRIVE (CSAH 23) BETWEEN <br />AQUA LANE AND MAIN STREET <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, in cooperation with Anoka County find it in the <br />best interest of the public to provide regulation of vehicular traffic in a safe and <br />responsible manner; and <br />WHEREAS, Lake Drive is a County State Aid Highway and future funds expended on <br />improvements will be conditional upon the establishment of parking restrictions; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes that Prohibiting Parking on Both Sides of Lake Drive (CSAH 23) between Aqua <br />Lane and Main Street <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Anoka County Engineer is authorized to install <br />signs as deemed necessary for the proper enforcement of this No Parking Resolution, and <br />that certified copies of this resolution be forwarded to Anoka County. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of August, 2023. <br />______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk
