1st Reading: August 14,2023 Publication: September 5,2023 <br /> 2nd Reading: August 28, 2023 Effective: October 4,2023 <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> ORDINANCE NO.07-23 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 617, SECTION 617.05 REGARDING INELIGIBILITY <br /> FOR EDIBLE CANNABINOID LICENSES <br /> The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br /> Section 1. That Section 617.05 of the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances be amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> CHAPTER 617. EDIBLE CANNABINOID PRODUCTS. <br /> 619.05 Ineligible for License. No license under this Chapter will be issued to or held by: <br /> (1) Any person whose primary place of business will be within 1000 feet of a school or church. <br /> (2)Any person manufacturing Edible Cannabinoid Product on the same premises as the retail <br /> sales; unless retail sales are conducted in a separate area of the premises with a separate entrance/exit <br /> from the manufacturing operation. <br /> (3) Any person who does not have a primary place of business. No door to door sales or pop-up <br /> vendors of Edible Cannabinoid Product is allowed. <br /> (4) Any person who has been convicted of a violation of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 152. <br /> (5) Any person who has been convicted of illegal acts involving alcohol,tobacco,or Minnesota <br /> Statute 151.72. <br /> (6) Any person under the age of 21. <br /> Section 2.
