CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-84 <br /> APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL FOR THE 2022 STREET <br /> REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to resolution 22-20 of the Council adopted February 14th, 2022, awarding <br /> the contract for the 2022 Street Rehabilitation Project to T.A.
