CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-87 <br /> APPROVING MILESTONES ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved the final plat for Milestones Addition with Resolution <br /> No. 23-86 on August 28, 2023; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br /> of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Development Agreement between MEP Properties, LLC and the City of <br /> Lino Lakes for Milestones Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of August, 2023. <br /> P.afferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
