CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.23-90 <br /> AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR EAGLE BROOK CHURCH ON <br /> SEPTEMBER 21, 2023 <br /> WHERAS,the Eagle Brook Church has applied for a special event permit; and, <br /> WHERAS,the event plan includes an outdoor games, music, and dinner on September 21, 2023; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, proof of general liability insurance has been submitted by Eagle Brook Church to <br /> cover all events held on the church property; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the church will be open for restroom use as well as first aid if needed; and, <br /> WHEREAS, city staff, including the Public Safety Department, has reviewed the Special <br /> Event Permit application and plan for the event for compliance with city ordinance and <br /> regulations. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> That the City Council authorizes issuance of a Special Event Permit to Eagle Brook Church for <br /> the event scheduled on September 21, 2023. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of August, 2023. <br /> ' • .
