CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-91 <br /> APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br /> PHEASANT RUN RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 23-22 of the Council adopted on April 10, 2023, <br /> awarding the contract for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project to A-1 Excavating LLC; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 2; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br /> Minnesota that Change Order No. 2 is approved in the amount of$58,440.00. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of September, 2023. <br /> Rtb Raf'-rty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ..-------_elMok. 4 <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
