CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-91 <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />PHEASANT RUN RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 23-22 of the Council adopted on April 10, 2023, <br />awarding the contract for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project to A-1 Excavating LLC; and, <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 2; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota that Change Order No. 2 is approved in the amount of $58,440.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of September, 2023. <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk
