CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-99 <br /> CANCELING THE 2023/2024 DEBT SERVICE TAX LEVY FOR G.O. CAPITAL NOTE, <br /> SERIES 2016A <br /> WHEREAS, a capital note was issued in 2016 to finance the City's share of North Metro <br /> Telecommunications Commission capital equipment; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a tax levy is scheduled for 2023 to be collected in 2024 to pay the debt <br /> service on the G.O. Capital Note, Series 2016A; and, <br /> WHEREAS, funds are available from other sources to satisfy the debt service <br /> requirements. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br /> tax levy scheduled for 2023 to be collected in 2024 to pay the debt service on the G.O.
