CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-98 <br /> SETTING THE DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2024 BUDGET <br /> AND 2023 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 2024 <br /> WHEREAS, state statute requires the City of Lino Lakes to hold a regularly scheduled <br /> meeting at which the budget and levy will be discussed; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the public is allowed to speak at the meeting; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the final budget and tax levy will be adopted following the public hearing. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br /> public hearing for the 2024 budget and tax levy is hereby set for Monday, December 11, 2023 <br /> at 6:30pm during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of September, 2023. <br /> Ro 4\ <br /> Ra erty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
