CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-97 <br /> ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY 2023 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 2024 <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statues grant local governments the authority to levy <br /> property taxes to finance the operations of the local jurisdiction; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes annually levies property taxes to finance <br /> general operating costs and annual debt service on outstanding indebtedness; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2023 tax levy, collectible in 2024 <br /> and must certify a preliminary tax levy to Anoka County by October 2, 2023; and, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br /> hereby levies the following: <br /> General Levies $12,833,204 <br /> Bonded Indebtedness <br /> 2015A G.O. 219,857 <br /> 2015A G.O.
