This requirement is met. <br /> The required building setback along the side lot line is 10 feet. The proposed outdoor <br /> storage and fence is 18 ft. This requirement is met. <br /> No outdoor storage area is proposed between the principal structure and the public <br /> right-of-way. <br /> 2.
