The as-built survey must include, but is not limited <br /> to, proposed and final contours with adequate elevation shots to show <br /> conformance,property irons (to be exposed in field), low floor and low <br /> opening elevations, and the 100-Year High Water Level (HWL) of all ponds, <br /> lakes, and wetland areas. The files shall be drawn in Anoka County NAD 83 <br /> Coordinate system and provided in both AutoCAD .dwg and Adobe .pdf file <br /> formats. The plans shall include accurate locations,dimensions, elevations, <br /> grades, slopes and all other pertinent information concerning the complete work. <br /> The Developer shall also submit certified compaction testing results for the <br /> site grading operations. <br /> Glamos Wire,Inc.
