CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Park Board member Clark Gooder called the Lino Lakes Park Board meeting to order at <br />6:30 pm. on August 3, 2022. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />3. SETTING OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> Agenda was approved as is. <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />There was no one present for Open Mike. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF JULY 6, 2022 MINUTES (moved to September 7th) <br /> <br />6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Review Dedicated Parks Fund <br /> Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director stated the Park Board initially reviewed the <br />Dedicated Parks Fund and Parks and Trails Fund during the July Park Board meeting. <br />The Park Board wanted to continue discussions at the August meeting with the intent to <br />finalize recommendations to the City Council for consideration for the 2023 budget <br />process. <br />Mr. Gooder asked Mr. DeGardner how much an average playground structure costs to be <br />upgraded.
