CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO , 23 - 110 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR ASH TREE <br /> REMOVALS <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to a request for quotes for 48 ash tree removals to take place in <br /> the fall of 2023 to spring of 2024 , quotes were received and tabulated : <br /> Contractor Ash Tree Removal Quote <br /> Carr ' s Tree Service , Inc . $ 15 , 495mOO <br /> Upper Cut Tree Service $ 17 , 860000 <br /> Hugo ' s Tree Care , Inc . $ 18 , 000200 <br /> Precision Landscape and Tree $ 19 , 200600 <br /> WHEREAS , it appears that Carr ' s Tree Service , Inc . is the lowest responsible bidder ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the funding for the project is from the General Fund Forestry and <br /> Environmental Budgets ; and <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes , Minnesota that that <br /> the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> Carr ' s Tree Service , Inc . for ash tree removals in the amount of $ 15 , 495 . 00 . <br /> VA <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this �7 day of &fib , <br /> 2023 . <br /> ,4 . 1 co4J ' <br /> Rafferty , Mayor <br /> ATTEST : <br /> Jolleen Chaika , City Clerk <br />
