This change is reflected <br />below. <br /> <br />• Proposed Amendment <br /> <br />Section 1007.043 General Building and Use Provisions. <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Building Type and Construction. <br /> <br />(a) Single Family Detached Dwellings. All single family detached dwellings shall meet <br />the following design criteria: <br /> <br />1. All dwellings, including an attached garage, shall have permanent concrete, <br />treated wood foundation, or other foundation anchoring system approved by <br />the Building Official.
