The farm will also offer pre-cut trees from <br />other off-site locations as well as wreathes, tree stands and tree disposal bags. The farm may <br />have the following free features: small playground structure or hay bales for kids to play on <br />while their parents are checking out, and props for family photos such as benches, stand-in <br />boards, antique tractor or truck. The farm will be open on weekends and holidays during <br />daylight hours, generally from 9am-4:30pm starting the weekend before Thanksgiving through <br />mid-December. There may be some weekday operations. See attached Applicant’s Narrative for <br />more detailed background. <br /> <br />Zoning <br /> <br />The property is zoned R, Rural. Agriculture, gardening, and sod farming are permitted uses. <br />Agritourism to operate a commercial tree farm is allowed with an approved conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />4
