<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-116 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT OUTLET PROJECTS <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the Stormwater <br />Management Outland Projects quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />Winberg Companies LLC $44,424.54 <br />Dimke Excavating Inc. $49,800.00 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Winberg Companies LLC of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, is the <br />lowest responsible bidder; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the Street Reconstruction Bonds and the <br />Surfacewater Management Fund; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Winberg <br />Companies LLC for the construction of the Stormwater Management Outlet Projects in the <br />amount of $44,424.54; <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br /> <br />170
