Consider Resolution No. 23-105, Adopting Weed Abatement <br />Assessment Role <br />Community Development Director Michael Grochala advised Council that City <br />Ordinance provides guidance for process relating to violations of nuisances yards <br />and weeds. This year, two (2) properties received remediation by the City. The total <br />for that remediation is $360 or $180/property. Direct or Grochala also provided an <br />explanation of the fees to be assessed following a question by Councilmember <br />Stoesz. <br />i.Motion to: Approve Resolution 23-105 <br />After Council had moved to Agenda Item 6B, it was noted that the Public Hearing had not <br />been conducted.
