10 <br />Director Grochala clarified for Council that this parcel is not a certified wetland bank, <br />there are no wetland credits on this property to be sold; this is a stormwater holding <br />pond. <br />Mr. Christopher Stowe, 426 Pine Street, said that even though it’s not currently <br />designated as wetlands, it can be turned into wetlands. He commented on his private <br />ponds and the depth of them compared to this pond.
