<br />EDA MINUTES January 22, 2007 <br />APPROVED <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />3 MINUTES <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 DATE : January 22, 2007 <br />7 TIME STARTED : 7:50 p.m. <br />8 TIME ENDED : 7:53 p.m. <br />9 MEMBERS PRESENT : Commissioners Carlson, O’Donnell, Reinert, <br />10 Bergeson <br />11 MEMBERS ABSENT : Commissioner Stoltz <br />12 OTHERS PRESENT: : Gordon Heitke; William Hawkins; Mary Divine, <br />13 Julie Bartell <br />14 <br />15 The meeting was called to order at 7:50 p.m. by Vice President Carlson. <br />16 <br />17 CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 18, 2006 <br />18 <br />19 EDA Member O’Donnell requested that the minutes be corrected to reflect that he was not absent. <br />20 There was no objection to the correction. <br />21 <br />22 EDA Member O’Donnell moved to approve the December 18, 2006 minutes, as corrected. EDA <br />23 Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />24 <br />25 CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS <br />26 <br />27 Mary Divine, Economic Development Coordinator, noted each year the EDA is required to make a <br />28 number of appointments; the list was before the authority for consideration. <br />29 <br />30 EDA Member Reinert moved that the 2006 appointments be retained for 2007. EDA Member <br />31 Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />32 <br />33 ADJOURNMENT <br />34 <br />35 There being no further business, EDA Member O’Donnell moved to adjourn.
