<br />Pickleball Court: Further, the applicant wishes to amend the PUD to include the installa4on of a <br />pickleball court as shown on the aRached plans. The proposal includes a single court that <br />would be for private use by the Lyngblomsten community. As we currently stand, Lyngblomsten <br />has leased 52 independent living apartments, 15 townhome units, and eight memory care and <br />assisted living apartments. The average age of our new residents is 83 years old. The court is <br />designed to be screened from the neighbors to the west and to County Road J with landscaping <br />and will be fully fenced. We would consider restric4ng the hours of opera4on for the pickleball <br />court to be 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM. <br /> <br /> <br />12
