COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT <br />A. Consider Resolution No. 23-125 Supporting Local Road Improvement Fund Grant <br />Application for Otter Lake Road <br />Community Development Director Michael Grochala advised that as part of the City’s <br />continued efforts toward the Otter Lake Road project, a grant opportunity has <br />presented from the Minnesota Department of Transportation. As part of the grant <br />application process, a resolution of support by the City Council is required. <br />i. Motion to: Approve Resolution 23-125 Supporting Local Road Improvement Fund <br />Grant Application for Otter Lake Road <br /> <br />7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />There was no unfinished business. <br /> <br />8. NEW BUSINESS <br /> There was no new business. <br />9. CLOSED SESSION <br />At 6:45 PM, Mayor Rafferty announced the Council would be recessing the Regular Meeting <br />to conduct a closed session of the City Council. <br />i. Motion to: Close Meeting Pursuant to Minn.
