Consider Resolution No. 23-125 Supporting Local Road Improvement Fund Grant <br />Application for Otter Lake Road <br />Community Development Director Michael Grochala advised that as part of the City’s <br />continued efforts toward the Otter Lake Road project, a grant opportunity has <br />presented from the Minnesota Department of Transportation. As part of the grant <br />application process, a resolution of support by the City Council is required. <br />i.
