It also states that an employer cannot retaliate or discriminate <br />against an employee for asserting nursing rights. (Page 31) <br />6.13 Pregnancy and Parental Leave - Minnesota Stat. 181.940 & Minnesota Stat. 181.941 <br />state law requirement for cities with one or more employees. All employees are entitled to <br />take an unpaid leave of absence under the Pregnancy and Parenting Leave Act of <br />Minnesota.
