CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-132 <br /> ACCEPTING THE 2024-2028 FINANCIAL PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, a Five-Year Financial Plan has been prepared in accordance with the Lino <br /> Lakes City Charter Section 7.05, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Financial Plan is a guiding document to be used for decision making, and <br /> WHEREAS, projects and financing sources outlined in the Financial Plan are not <br /> authorized until approved by the City Council. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that: <br /> 1. A public hearing was held on the 2024-2028 Financial Plan. <br /> 2.
