CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-128 <br /> APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL FOR THE 2022 135E PIPE CROSSING <br /> PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, on October 10, 2022, the City Council passed resolution 22-120, awarding the <br /> contract for the 2022 135E Pipe Crossing Project to Minger Construction, Co. in the amount of <br /> $512,927.80; <br /> WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final) where the final <br /> Base Bid amount and Bid Alternate 2 for the 2022 135E Pipe Crossing Project was $510,244.05; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No. <br /> 4 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of$5,102.44 for the 2022 135E Pipe Crossing <br /> Project. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 2023. <br /> P"' 12-4 1\-7'M\•••-• <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
