Replacement of non-conforming materials on existing <br /> buildings, or expansions of less than 50% of the floor area of an existing building may use the <br /> same or superior materials as existing. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota the <br /> following: <br /> 1. The proposed Insulated Metal Panels (IMP's) do not meet the city code intent or <br /> requirements for Class 1 or Class 2 materials. <br /> 2. The proposed Insulation Metal Panels (IMP's) could be categorized as a Class 3 <br /> material. <br /> 3.
