CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-03 <br /> APPROVING A SOLICITOR LICENSE FOR RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN <br /> WHEREAS, Renewal by Anderson, located in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, has applied for <br /> a solicitor license request a license to allow Trever Smrekar and Austin Kolden to solicit within <br /> the City of Lino Lakes; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br /> Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check <br /> on both individuals who will be working in Lino Lakes and no reason was found to deny the license <br /> application; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br /> approves the request of Renewal by Andersen to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period six <br /> months, effective January 9, 2024—June 9, 2024. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of January, 2024. <br /> a�Ro R y, Mayor <br /> c-C <br /> ATTEST: <br /> — <br /> 6-k A,,„„,..‹= ._-1 <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
