CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-04 <br /> AUTHORIZING APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR THE 2024/2025 STREET <br /> RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 23-89 the City Council approved the preparation of a <br /> feasibility study for the 2024/2025 Street Reconstruction Project, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to obtain appraisal services to assist with <br /> the feasibility study. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br /> authorizes Hosch Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. to prepare a benefit evaluation for proposed <br /> utility improvements. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of January, 2024. <br /> Rob 'Film. ty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
