The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the drainage <br /> and utility easement dedicated over, under, and across that part of Lot 7, Block <br /> 1, OTTER BAY, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 7; thence South 20 degrees <br /> 28 minutes 53 seconds West, assumed bearing along the southeasterly line of <br /> said Lot 7, 60.00 feet; thence North 76 degrees 08 minutes 33 seconds West, <br /> 98.00 feet; thence North 45 degrees 53 minutes 33 seconds West, 42.00 feet; <br /> thence North 00 degrees 53 minutes 33 seconds West, 50.00 feet; thence North <br /> 69 degrees 05 minutes 33 seconds West, 108.00 feet to the point of beginning of <br /> the land to be described; thence South 29 degrees 21 minutes 12 seconds West, <br /> 139.00 feet; thence South 49 degrees 18 minutes 27 seconds West, 23. 74 feet; <br /> thence North 34 degrees 15 minutes 25 seconds West, 50.28 feet; thence North <br /> 50 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East, 148.78 feet to the point of beginning <br /> and there terminating. <br /> 2. A public hearing was held on January 8, 2024 before the City Council in the City <br /> Hall Council Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given <br /> and reasonable attempts were made to give personal notice to all affected <br /> property owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be <br /> heard; and <br /> 3. It appears to be in the best interest of the City to vacate such drainage and utility <br /> easements; and <br /> 4. The Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation shall be recorded through Anoka <br /> County Recorder's Office; and <br /> 1 <br />
