ATTACHMENT A <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 01-24 <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> Section 1: Findings <br /> The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the drainage and utility <br /> easement dedicated over, under, and across Lot 7, Block 1, Otter Bay; and <br /> A public hearing was held on January 8, 2024 before the City Council in the City Hall Council <br /> Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given and a reasonable attempts <br /> were made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested <br /> were given an opportunity to be heard; and <br /> Section 3: Effect <br /> This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br /> to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon recording of the Drainage and Utility Easement <br /> Vacation. <br /> Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on January 22, 2024. <br /> This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
