CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-06 <br /> APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE MARCH 5, 2024 PRESIDENTIAL <br /> NOMINATING PRIMARY <br /> WHEREAS, a Presidential Nominating Primary will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 204B.20, election judges shall be appointed to serve <br /> in an election precinct and the appointing authority shall designate a judge serve as the head <br /> election judge; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Minn.
