CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-10 <br /> <br />APPROVING AN EDIBLE CANNABINOID LICENSE FOR EAGLE LIQUOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes requires all businesses wishing to sell edible <br />cannabinoid products to apply on a city-approved application form for a Cannabinoid License; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Siarhei Nazaranka, owner of Eagle Liquor located at 617 Ap ollo <br />Drive, has applied to obtain a Cannabinoid License; and, <br />WHEREAS, City staff, including Public Safety, has reviewed the application and <br />background investigation materials and has found that the applicant meets local licensing <br />requirements; and, <br />WHEREAS, City Ordinance allows for the sale of edible cannabinoid products at licensed <br />locations except for: <br />(1) On Sundays, except between the hours of 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM; <br />(2) Before 8:00 a.m. on Monday through Saturday; <br />(3) After 10:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday; <br />(4) On Thanksgiving Day; <br />(5) On December 25; and <br />(6) After 8:00 p.m. on December 24; <br /> <br />These sale prohibition dates and times are conditions of the license. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the issuance of an Edible Cannabinoid License with <br />conditions as stated above, to Eagle Liquor, effective until June 30, 2024 unless cancelled or <br />revoked before that date. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd of January, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />68
