The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the drainage <br />and utility easement dedicated over, under, and across that part of Lot 7, Block <br />1, OTTER BAY, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 7; thence South 20 degrees <br />28 minutes 53 seconds West, assumed bearing along the southeasterly line of <br />said Lot 7, 60.00 feet; thence North 76 degrees 08 minutes 33 seconds West, <br />98.00 feet; thence North 45 degrees 53 minutes 33 seconds West, 42.00 feet; <br />thence North 00 degrees 53 minutes 33 seconds West, 50.00 feet; thence North <br />69 degrees 05 minutes 33 seconds West, 108.00 feet to the point of beginning of <br />the land to be described; thence South 29 degrees 21 minutes 12 seconds West, <br />139.00 feet; thence South 49 degrees 18 minutes 27 seconds West, 23. 74 feet; <br />thence North 34 degrees 15 minutes 25 seconds West, 50.28 feet; thence North <br />50 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East, 148.78 feet to the point of beginning <br />and there terminating. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing was held on January 8, 2024 before the City Council in the City <br />Hall Council Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given <br />and reasonable attempts were made to give personal notice to all affected <br />property owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be <br />heard; and <br /> <br />3. It appears to be in the best interest of the City to vacate such drainage and utility <br />easements; and <br /> <br />4. The Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation shall be recorded through Anoka <br />County Recorder’s Office; and <br />85
