1 <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />ITEM NO. 1 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Katie Larsen, City Planner <br />WORK SESSION DATE: February 5, 2024 <br />TOPIC: Pulte Group-Del Webb Active Adult Community Discussion <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br />BACKGROUND <br />Paul Heuer and Dean Lotter from Pulte Group will be giving a presentation on their Del Webb <br />Active Adult Communities. They would also like to invite the City Council to tour their <br />Bellwether community in Corcoran, MN. <br />If the Council is interested in a tour, we can discuss logistics such as dates, times, and <br />transportation. Open meeting laws are applicable to such a tour. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL DIRECTION <br />Staff is requesting Council direction on the interest to tour the Corcoran Del Webb community. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />None. <br />2
