CITY COUNCIL <br />REGULAR MEETING STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA ITEM 2D <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Diane Hankee, City Engineer <br />MEETING DATE: February 12, 2024 <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 24-12, Approving Payment No. 4 and <br />Final, 2022 East Shadow Lake Drive Project <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Staff is requesting council consideration to finalize the 2022 East Shadow Lake Drive Utility <br />Project. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On April 25, 2022 the City Council passed resolution 22-38, awarding the contract for the 2022 <br />East Shadow Lake Drive Utility Project to Dresel Contracting, Inc. in the amount of <br />$547,438.11. The project has been completed and the site has been restored. <br />The final contract amount is $529,164.58 for the 2022 East Shadow Lake Drive Utility Project. <br />The project is funded through the City’s Sewer Operating Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution No. 24-12, Approving Payment No. 4 and Final, 2022 East Shadow Lake <br />Drive Utility Project in the amount of $41,240.17 to Dresel Contracting, Inc. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.Resolution 24-12 <br />2.Pay Request No. 4 & Final <br />119
