<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-14 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2024 STREET REHABILITATION AND TRUNK WATERMAIN PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Park <br />Construction Company in the amount of $1,875,110.71, on February 12, 2024; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WSB LLC has submitted a proposal to complete the construction services for <br />the 2024 Street Rehabilitation and Trunk Watermain Project in the amount of $149,860.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to <br />proceed with the construction oversight and administration, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the Mayor <br />and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB LLC, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of the 2024 Street Rehabilitation and Trunk <br />Watermain Project. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of February, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br /> <br />132
