CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-16 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 02-24 FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. <br />02-24 amending City Code Chapter 1007: Zoning Code; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 02-24 is lengthy and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city <br />to publish a summary of an ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of <br />the intent and effect of the ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full <br />printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />summary of Ordinance No. 02-24, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for publication according to State <br />Law and City Charter is approved. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this _________day of ______________, <br />2024. <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />___________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />Attachment 2: Resolution No. 24-16 <br />78
