CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-07 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 03-24 FOR PUBLICATION <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. <br /> 03-24 amending City Code Chapter 1007: Zoning Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 03-24 is lengthy and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city <br /> to publish a summary of an ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of <br /> the intent and effect of the ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full <br /> printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br /> summary of Ordinance No. 03-24, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for publication according to State <br /> Law and City Charter is approved. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this V1 ' day of GW1 , <br /> 2024. <br /> Ro a Raf erty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
