CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-14 <br /> APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> 2024 STREET REHABILITATION AND TRUNK WATERMAIN PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Park <br /> Construction Company in the amount of$1,875,110.71, on February 12, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, WSB LLC has submitted a proposal to complete the construction services for <br /> the 2024 Street Rehabilitation and Trunk Watermain Project in the amount of$149,860.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to <br /> proceed with the construction oversight and administration, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the Mayor <br /> and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB LLC, in the name <br /> of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of the 2024 Street Rehabilitation and Trunk <br /> Watermain Project. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of February, 2024. <br /> Rob ertY Mayor <br /> Ma or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
