<br />3 <br /> <br />B. Consider Resolution No. 24-11 Approving Jansen Addition Preliminary Plat <br />City Planner Katie Larsen presented for Council consideration a preliminary plan for a <br />three (3) lot subdivision of an existing single-family lot. The applicant, Boulder <br />Contracting, submitted a land use application for preliminary plat for Jansen Addition. The <br />applicant has proposed to subdivide the existing parcel located at 523 Lois Lane into three <br />(3) single family lots for the purpose of constructing two (2) new single-family homes. <br />Planner Larsen highlighted the review process by the Planning and Zoning Board as well <br />as the public hearing that was held in conjunction with the review. <br />i. Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment <br />City Planner Katie Larsen reviewed the second reading of proposed Ordinance 03-24, an <br />ordinance approving the renumeration and codification of Chapter 1007. Council first <br />reviewed and approved the first reading at the January 22, 2024 Council Meeting. Based <br />on the volume of the proposed ordinance, Planner Larsen suggested Council approval of <br />Resolution 24-07 to allow for a summary publication of the ordinance. <br />i.
