Rice Creek is also suitable for boating and other forms of aquatic recreation. <br />Rice Creek was listed as an impaired water body in 2004 for low levels of dissolved oxygen affecting aquatic life. <br />A TMDL was established in 2012 to address these impairments. <br />Wards Lake <br />Wards Lake has a surface area of 163 acres and a watershed area of 1,663 acres.
