2 <br /> <br /> <br />New easements will be included with the SS Properties Addition final plat to cover the entire <br />site and expanded stormwater facilities. The existing retention pond will be expanded and <br />included in a new drainage and utility easement. An Ordinance is required to vacate the <br />easement. On January 8, 2018 the City Council held the 1st Reading of Ordinance 01-18 and a <br />Public Hearing. There were no comments received at the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of the 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 01-18 Vacating Drainage <br />& Utility Easements, Lot 1, Block 1, Pine Glen and approving the summary publication of the <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
